Software Engineer Intern
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who wants to learn by building. You will work in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborate directly with the founders, and ship real features used by customers.

What you will work on
- Ship product features across the frontend, backend, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Turn product ideas into clear technical plans, working code, tests, and reliable releases.
- Build APIs and services with Node.js or Python and user experiences with React and TypeScript.
- Explore practical AI use cases such as document understanding, extraction, search, and user guidance.
- Improve performance, reliability, security, developer tooling, and product quality as the platform grows.
- Talk through tradeoffs with the founders and take ownership from problem discovery to production.
What we are looking for
- You have built and deployed at least one meaningful web project outside coursework.
- You are comfortable with JavaScript or TypeScript and understand modern React fundamentals.
- You know the basics of APIs, databases, Git, debugging, and writing maintainable code.
- You learn quickly, ask precise questions, and communicate progress without waiting to be chased.
- You care about users, privacy, and the details that make financial products trustworthy.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, Next.js, cloud platforms, or LLM APIs is useful but not required across every area.
