When a nominee requests access to your vault, we don't release it automatically. You choose a review window to approve or decline — with multi-channel reminders on every device, email and phone number you've registered. The length is customisable to what fits your life.
You approve in time
Access is granted immediately to the assets you choose to share — full vault or specific items only.
You decline
Access is blocked. The nominee is notified respectfully, and a 30-day cool-down begins before another request.
The window closes without your reply
We follow the release path you configured. After the nominee is verified, your vault reaches the people you trusted — exactly as you set up.

What it looks like for the people you love
Half of every story is the nominee's. Here's exactly what happens, end-to-end, from the day they're named.
Step 01
Your nominee knows they're named
When you add someone, they receive a respectful, opt-in notification. They know they're part of your legacy plan — but cannot see asset details until access is released.
Step 02
They request access when needed
In case of a difficult situation, your nominee signs in, completes the verification you have turned on (including mobile and email), and submits a formal request.
Step 03
You're notified across every channel
We send reminders to every device, email and number you've registered. Your designated guardian is also informed, in case they can reach you.
Step 04
Your window ends — your rule applies
Approve, decline, or stay silent until the review period you configured is over. If there is still no reply, access release follows what you set, with a full audit trail for the verified nominee.
Step 05
Asset details are shared safely
Your nominee sees exactly what you assigned to them — bank accounts, demat IDs, custodian contacts, documents — and can take it to the right authority.

Closure for your family
