Your financial home isn’t something our team scrolls through. Access is limited to what each role needs to run the service, meaningful actions are logged, and we’re building toward published transparency reports.

You can permanently delete your account anytime. We remove your data from active systems and routine backups within 30 days. Full wording is in our Privacy policy.

Vashiyat helps them know what exists and how to reach it. Actual transfer of ownership still follows Indian succession law, your will, nominations with each custodian, and applicable personal law. We make discovery easy; legal transfer still happens through the proper channels.

Vashiyat is not a banking, broking, or AMC product, so we are not directly regulated by RBI or SEBI. We voluntarily follow strong IT and cyber-security practices aligned with industry guidelines for financial platforms.
